At Ivoclar, I focused on optimizing digital tools for dental professionals, ensuring our products deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Starting in mid-2017, I took on the role of UX designer at Kapanu, where I was responsible for optimizing the digital tools used by dental professionals across various markets. Working closely with the product and engineering teams, I led the design of new features for Ivoclar’s digital platforms, which are critical to the workflows of dentists and dental technicians.
My responsibilities included conducting user research to understand the specific needs of dental professionals, developing a strategic vision for the platform’s evolution, and ensuring compliance with medical and accessibility standards. I led workshops, sketching sessions, and prototyping efforts, ultimately delivering a redesigned user interface that enhanced usability and efficiency.
Additionally, I focused on scalability, integrating new tools and features that supported the platform’s expansion into new markets and adapting to the evolving needs of the dental industry.
