At Maersk, I worked on improving the digital experience, making it easier for customers to track shipments and manage logistics through user-friendly interfaces.
Role and responsibilities
In 2020, I joined Maersk’s digital transformation team, where I focused on enhancing the user experience for Maersk’s global logistics platform. Embedded within the service team, I collaborated closely with engineers and product managers to redesign the digital interfaces that customers use to manage shipments and logistics.
I led the UX design efforts, which included evaluating the existing experience, developing and ensuring compliance with global accessibility standards. My work involved conducting extensive user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and leading multiple rounds of user testing.
I also played a key role in adding key components in Maersk Design System to ensure a seamless and scalable user experience.
